What are your hours and delivery dates over Thanksgiving?
Our showrooms are closed on Thanksgiving Day, Thursday, November 26. On Wednesday, November 25 we are open until 3:00 PM, and orders placed by 12:30 PM that day arrive Friday, November 27. Delivery runs on our Monday to Friday schedule, so holidays shift delivery dates.

What is the Yale Card and how does the financing work?
The Yale Card is a store card from Synchrony Bank. It offers 12 months special financing, which is 0% interest if the balance is paid in full within 12 months, on purchases of $599.99 or more, subject to credit approval. Cardholders also get 10% off the Outlet and in-stock Yale Essentials, plus early access to clearance events. This is deferred interest, so if the balance is not paid in full, interest applies from the purchase date.
Can I get same-day or next-day delivery?
Yes. Order an in-stock product by 12:30 PM, Monday through Friday, and we guarantee next-day delivery in select ZIP codes. Based on our Monday-Friday delivery schedule.
