Price Match: We match the bottom-line price (excl. tax) on an identical, in-stock, brand-new item from a local, authorized brick-and-mortar competitor at time of purchase.
Eligibility: Competitor must provide the same everyday services (delivery into home, uncrating, haul-away).
Proof required: competitor’s current quote on store letterhead/invoice; photocopies not accepted. We may call to verify price & availability.
Delivery timing: Customer must be able to take immediate delivery.
Prices we won't match: We don’t match service prices (delivery, installation, extended warranty rates).
Rebates/bundles: only matchable during their promotional period.

How to request a price match
- Bring proof: competitor’s current quote on store letterhead/invoice for the identical in-stock item (no photocopies).

Frequently Asked Questions
Does Yale match the prices of competitor retailers?
Yale will match the bottom-line price (excluding sales tax) of an authorized retailer that has a local brick and mortar presence for identical product contingent upon that dealer performing same services Yale provides in their normal everyday delivery (delivery into the home, uncrating, removal of disconnected appliances). Eligible items must be the same brand, same model, currently in stock and brand new in the box at the competitor's store. Customer must be able to take immediate delivery.
What proof is required to obtain a price match?
Customers are required to provide the competitor's current quote. Photocopies are not accepted. Yale reserves the right to call the competitor's retail store to verify the lower price and availability of items.
Are competitors' services eligible for price matching?
Due to the differences in services being performed and our guys are all CORI certified, Yale does NOT match competitor's service prices. This includes, but is not limited to, services such as delivery, installation and extended warranty rates.
Are instant rebates or package bundles eligible for price matching?
Manufacture mail in rebates, instant rebates and package bundles are only eligible for price matching during that time period as these are available to promotional time frame. These special offers cannot be honored outside of their promotional period.

We only match local, authorized retailers with a store presence on eligible, identical items.
