Does Yale Appliance service the brands it sells?
Yes. We service what we sell. Yale Appliance's own in-house, factory-authorized technicians repair every brand we carry, and we perform more than 33,000 service calls a year. Because sales, delivery, installation, and service are all handled by one company, there is no finger-pointing between a retailer and a third-party repair network.
Can I see these brands in person before I buy?
Yes. You can see all of our brands in live working kitchens across our six showroom locations, with more than 60 functioning kitchen displays in total. You can run the burners, open the doors, and hear how a dishwasher actually sounds before you commit, instead of judging an appliance from a spec sheet.
Can I watch the appliances being cooked on?
Yes. Chef Steve Shipley cooks on different brands throughout the week at our showrooms, running live product demonstrations on everything from pro ranges to induction, steam, and speed ovens. It is the best way to see how each brand performs on real food before you decide. Check the events schedule for which brand is being demonstrated at which showroom.

Yale Appliance has six showrooms across New England: Boston (Dorchester), Framingham, Hanover, Norton, Hyannis, and Nantucket. Every location features live working kitchen displays, and our flagship Boston showroom also houses the SKS Technicurean Center.

What is the difference between Sub-Zero, Wolf, and Cove?
Sub-Zero, Wolf, and Cove are three divisions of one family-owned manufacturer, each specializing in a different part of the kitchen. Sub-Zero builds refrigeration designed to fit into custom cabinetry, Wolf builds professional-grade ranges, cooktops, and wall ovens, and Cove builds the family's dishwasher line. They are engineered to work together as a suite.
