Where are Yale Appliance's showrooms?
Yale Appliance has six Massachusetts showrooms: Boston (296 Freeport St, Dorchester), Framingham (215 Worcester Rd), Hanover (548 Washington St), Norton (42 Leonard St), Hyannis (127 Airport Rd, Unit B-2), and Nantucket (5 Bayberry Ct). Boston, Framingham, Hanover, and Norton are open Monday to Saturday 9am to 5pm; Hyannis Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm; Nantucket Monday to Friday 8am to 4pm. All locations are closed Sunday. Walk in anytime or book a visit.
How fast can Yale Appliance deliver?
We guarantee next-day delivery on in-stock products ordered by 12:30 PM, Monday through Friday, in select ZIP codes, and same-day delivery is also available. One flat $199.99 delivery fee covers as many items as you want and includes removal of your old appliance, removal of all packaging, a 2-hour delivery window, and real-time truck tracking.
Does Yale Appliance price match?
Yes. We match the bottom-line price on the same brand and model, new in box, currently in stock at a local authorized retailer with a physical store, as long as the competitor performs the same services we include. Bring the competitor's current quote and we verify and match it at checkout.
Does Yale Appliance install what it sells?
Yes. Yale completed 12,696 installations in 2025. That includes the 48-Hour Dishwasher Install for $399, installed within two business days, and built-in refrigerator installation for $99, with old-appliance removal and packaging recycling included. Delivery teams also hook up electric ranges, dryers, and freestanding refrigerators to existing fittings at no extra charge.
Does Yale Appliance service what it sells?
Yes. Our own factory-trained, CORI-certified technicians completed 33,190 service calls in 2025, and every replacement part you purchase for a repair carries a free 5-year warranty. A $119.95 dispatch fee covers the visit and a complete diagnosis ($299.95 on Nantucket).
Does Yale Appliance offer financing?
Yes. The Yale Card offers 12 months special financing on purchases of $599.99 or more: 0% interest if paid in full within 12 months, subject to credit approval. If the balance is not paid in full, interest is charged from the purchase date. Apply in store or at yaleappliance.com/financing.
What happens to my old appliance?
We remove your old appliance one-for-one with delivery at no extra charge and recycle it in-house at our Norton facility. In 2025 we recycled 18,000 appliances and 40,000 pounds of styrofoam, and refrigerants are safely recovered and reprocessed. Haul-away is extra at Lowe's and Best Buy; at Yale it is included with delivery.

A showroom visit is free and no-pressure. You browse live kitchens and working displays with an appliance consultant, test the models you are considering, and leave with answers, not a commitment.
