HEPA AirClean Filter
With a filtration efficiency of up to 99.999%, the air that the Guard emits is cleaner than the room air. The multi-stage filter system with HEPA AirClean filter traps fine dust and allergens, making the Guard the ideal vacuum cleaner for allergy sufferers.
HyClean Pure TU
The HyClean Air TU vacuum bags, which are compatible with the Guard L1 model series, are perfectly tailored to the appliance in question and offer outstanding performance and efficiency. The automatic ComfortFit lock system ensures a tight connection between the vacuum bag and appliance and is responsible for keeping the dust safely sealed inside – protecting the vacuum cleaner and guaranteeing maximum filtration.

Comfort Cable Rewind with Touch Control
The cable on all Miele canister vacuum cleaners can be rewound easily with a footswitch, without having to bend over. Guard M1 and Guard L1 vacuum cleaners are also equipped with a touch control function, allowing the entire cable to be rewound at the touch of a button.
Park System for Pauses During Vacuuming
The floorhead is simply hooked onto the rear of the vacuum cleaner, leaving the suction wand in a secure position ready for use again.

AllTeQ Universal Floorhead
Our unique universal floorhead in a modern design makes cleaning easy. It makes vacuuming incredibly smooth and can be adjusted to suit the flooring being cleaned. The extending brush and the compact design guarantee excellent suction power on carpets and hard floors. The rubberized roller will not scratch hard floors. Wide thread lifters on the underside are very efficient at removing hair.
Electro Plus Brush
As it is so wide, Miele’s Electro Plus floorbrush makes quick work of deep-cleaning various types of carpet. Even stubborn dirt can be removed with ease. Adjustable to five different heights, the brush can be adapted perfectly to any depth of pile for optimum results. The motor drive delivers uniform suction and brushing for all depths of pile.
Integrated 2-in-1 Upholstery and Crevice Nozzle
The Miele Guard L1 is equipped with an innovative 2-in-1 nozzle – so you can switch between cleaning tasks quickly and easily. It combines an extra-wide upholstery nozzle and a crevice nozzle in a space-saving design – for easy cleaning of upholstery and hard-to-reach areas. Thanks to its convenient storage location in the rear part of the vacuum cleaner, it is ready to hand at any time.
