Come for the career. Stay for the chance to win.
Attend an open house and you are entered to win a prize. One winner is selected at each open house at the end of the event. Just check in when you arrive to enter. Online registration helps us know you are coming, but you must attend to be eligible.
Cannot make any of the four? Tell us anyway and pick "none of these work" on the form. We hire year round, not just on these dates.
Tell Us You Are ComingWhat to expect
This is an informal meet-and-greet, not an interview or a presentation. Just a chance to meet the team, ask questions and learn about the job.
Drop in anytime between 2:00 and 7:00 pm. Stay for 15 minutes or stay longer. No appointment or resume required.
Meet our leadership
Meet the people who lead our service department and ask questions about the team, the work and where the job can take you.
Talk to our technicians
Get the real story from technicians who do the job, not a sales pitch.
Ask anything
Ask about pay, the schedule, training, the work itself, or whatever you are wondering about.
Leave whenever
Stay for 10 minutes or two hours. Leave whenever you are ready, no pressure and no follow-up unless you want it.
Want to take the next step? After the open house you can talk more with a recruiter, have a video conversation with the hiring manager, and spend a day riding along with a technician before making any decisions.

Yale runs its own service department. The people who fix the appliances work for the company that sold them.
Tell us you are coming
RSVP is optional, you can always just drop in. Letting us know you are coming helps us plan, and lets us send you the address, parking details and a reminder before the event.
- Takes a minute: name, email and date.
- No resume, no application, no cover letter needed.
- We will send you event details and a reminder.
- Change your mind and decide to skip it? No problem.
Want to enter the prize drawing? Just sign in when you arrive. RSVPing online does not enter you.
Have a question before you RSVP? Email YaleJobs@yaleappliance.com or call 781-807-0917 and ask for Natalie.

Let us know you are coming
Fields marked * are required. Everything else helps us have a better conversation.
What happens when you click this? You will receive a confirmation and one reminder before your open house date. That is all. Your details go to the Yale Appliance hiring team and nowhere else, and you can read our privacy policy.
See you there
Check your email for the address and parking details, and a calendar invite so the address is on your phone on the day. We will send one reminder about a week before. If something comes up, no need to tell us. Come to a different date instead.
Before you come
Do I have to register?
No. This is a drop-in event, so you can come anytime between 2:00 and 7:00 pm on any of the four dates. RSVPing simply helps us plan numbers, and it lets us send you the address, parking details and a reminder before the event.
Do I need appliance experience to attend?
No. We are interested in experienced appliance technicians, people coming from another technical trade such as HVAC, electrical or automotive, and people just starting out. Come and talk to us, and we will help you understand where your experience could fit here.
Is this an interview?
No. It is an informal meet-and-greet at high-top tables. Meet the team, ask questions and learn about the job. If you are interested in moving forward we will explain the next steps, which happen after the open house rather than on the day.
Should I bring anything?
No resume or application is required, and nobody is turned away without one. If you hold technical certifications or a trade license you are welcome to bring them, but it is not necessary. There is no dress code, so come as you are.
How does the prize drawing work?
Each open house has one prize winner, so there are four across the series. You must be present and sign in when you arrive to be entered, which means RSVPing online does not enter you. The winner is drawn at the end of that afternoon.
What if I cannot make any of the four dates?
No problem. Register anyway and select the last option on the form. We hire year-round rather than only during these events, and a member of our team will reach out to find a time that works around your current schedule.
Come see the job before you take it
An afternoon that costs you nothing, no resume and no obligation. The worst case is you meet some good technicians and go home knowing more than you did.
