BlueStar® ovens can accommodate full-size commercial sheet pans for the ultimate in efficient cooking or baking. The unique oven baffle design and convection fan system results in even heat distribution for precise accurate baking. Plus, our 15,000 BTU infrared broiler produces 1850° of intense searing heat, enabling you to broil to perfection in just a matter of minutes.
The new RNB Series has an updated sleeker design that features a larger window for viewing plus a one piece control panel. In addition, an improved grease pan design and simplified burner support allows for easier cleaning.
BlueStar® RNB ranges can also be customized to suit your personal design and style. Add a splash of color to your kitchen with one of BlueStar’s 750+ different colors and finishes. Or add a touch of color with colored knobs on any RNB range. Further customize with metal trim finishes, optional swing doors, and different backguard heights. The options are endless.
Burner Configurations: RNB Series range burners can be tailored to suit your own cooking preferences. For example, move the simmer burner from back to front or to the right. On some models, choose to add additional 22,000 BTU burners for additional power. The possibilities are endless!
Integrated Cooktop Options: RNB Series ranges are available with integrated cooktop accessories, including built-in griddles, charbroilers, and even the chef-preferred French Tops. Design the range that best fits your cooking style – from all burners, to burners plus a griddle and charbroiler as well. Or, follow the lead of professional chefs and choose an all French Top, Griddle or Charbroiler surface as standalone units or companion pieces.
Door Options: To maximize your cooking experience, choose from the following oven door configurations: standard drop down, swing left and swing right.
Backguards: Available backguards include Island Trim, 6″, 17″ and 24″ options.
