• What is the turnaround time from sale to installation?

  The average time from sale, to trip estimate, to installation/delivery is within 2 weeks, depending on the size of the job and product availability.

• How much does installation cost?

  We set pricing on a per-job basis. Trip estimators determine the price per job during the in-home trip estimate. Pricing is consistent across the board for every job we quote.

• Do you charge for the pre-sale trip estimate?

  The pre-sale trip estimate is $199.99 and includes an experienced installation technician surveying the project area, completing a quote, and scheduling your installation date. If you decide to purchase our installation services at the quoted price, the $199.99 is credited toward the cost of your actual installation fee.

• Is there a Warranty for work done by the Yale Install Team?

  Yes, there is a 1 year Limited Warranty on workmanship performed by the Yale Installation Team.
