I bought my product at another dealer; will you service it?

If the product is out of manufacturer's warranty, Yale technicians are factory-certified to fix many popular brands. If the product is still under the manufacturer's warranty, please contact the dealer you purchased from or the manufacturer directly for appliance repair.

Do you bring parts to fix the product on the first visit?

Our goal is to fix the product in one visit. Our technicians do carry a wide variety of parts on their vehicle, plus we have a full-time technical support staff reviewing every call prior to coming out. We try our very best to have what we need on hand however this depends on multiple factors, e.g. availability of parts and having the complete information about the appliance prior to servicing.

How much does it cost to send a technician out?

For products outside of the manufacturer's warranty, we require a $99.95 dispatching fee for every repair. The Dispatch Fee must be paid at the time of scheduling a service visit. This fee includes the repair estimate and covers the cost associated with sending a CORI-certified, factory-trained technician specialist in a fully insured vehicle to your home. It includes the complete diagnosis of the appliance in question. If you choose not to go forward with the repair after the diagnosis and estimate, we will refund $50 in store credit for a product replacement at our showrooms.

Where do you service?

Yale’s appliance repair teams cover from central Massachusetts to the east coast, including the cape, all the way to the south shore of Rhode Island and southern New Hampshire.

Can the technician inspect multiple products during their visit?

Yes, Yale technicians can inspect and diagnose an additional product in your home. Yale service technicians are factory trained and certified in all major appliance brands and categories. Our repair technicians complete ongoing training to stay up to date on all new product introductions as well. Please let the customer service team know about all product issues when booking the dispatch fee.

Can you give me an estimate for service over the phone when I call in?

Due to complex nature of some repairs, we will not be able to quote you an estimated repair price until the dispatching trip has been completed.

Do you warranty your repair work?

All purchased replacement parts installed by Yale receive a free 5-year warranty. Labor is completely covered for 30 days, unless a service agreement is purchased for a one-year extension.
