Do outlet items come with a warranty and when does the warranty start? How different are they from new products?
All products are fully warrantied from your date of delivery. Each piece in our outlet is inspected by our service team to ensure all parts are included and any cosmetic damage recorded. Extended service plans are also available.

The Outlet is our place to move floor displays, scratched, dented, discontinued and overstocked items at 20-50% off. We also do not penalize our customers with restocking charges on in-stock items (check the competition on that), so there could be wrong sizes and mis-measurements. We do not sell used or reconditioned appliances in the outlet.
Can I return outlet items? What if the product is delivered damaged?
Outlet items are final sale, sold as is and must be delivered or picked up within 7 business days. If additional damage occurs during delivery which has not been recorded by our service team inspection, we will refund the purchase price of the item. Delivery is not included in price of Outlet items.
