FAQ

Will they install the products?

Delivery and Installation services vary by product. Some dishwashers, wall ovens, over-the-range microwaves, cooktops, and gas ranges require specialized installation. If you need installation and delivery, we are happy to provide a quote.

Will they protect my new floors?

Protecting your floors is a priority for our team. All delivery vehicles are stocked with Masonite panels and moving blankets.

Will they call before they arrive?

You can request a 30-minute call ahead when the delivery vehicle is on its way to your site. Our delivery team will also send an automated “on the way” call when they finish the previous stop. On the day of delivery, you can also track the delivery vehicle within a 30-minute window on our website.

Do I need to clear my driveway/walkway before they come?

The safety of our delivery team is critical. It’s important that the entrance to your home is accessible and safe. This includes clearing snow from any construction sites or walkways during stormy weather.

Can they remove other stuff while they are in my home?

Our scheduling team ensures our delivery vehicles are packed as much as possible. And since we remove the old products on a 1-for-1 basis there is seldom any room for extra stuff.

Will they show me how to use the appliances before they leave?

We recommend using the Use & Care manuals provided with your appliances for the most comprehensive instructions on how to use and maintain your new appliances

Can they leave my things outside? Deliver to the garage or storage unit?

Our delivery team can deliver the products right into your home or your preferred temporary storage. We require that all products are delivered to an environment protected from the elements to ensure proper performance of your new purchase.

Should I tip them?

Not required by any means. It's totally up to you.

Do they take away old appliances?

Our standard delivery includes removal of the old products on a 1-for-1 basis. Some products may need to be disconnected prior to our delivery team arriving unless additional installation services have been purchased.

Can I request a delivery time?

We schedule hundreds of deliveries each day. We do our best to take timeframe requests into consideration when routing our delivery trucks, but we cannot guarantee a specific delivery timeframe. You’ll receive a 2-hour delivery window the day before delivery, so you will know when to be home.

Can you bring my old products to the basement?

Our delivery teams will not relocate products to different parts of your home.

Will they take their shoes off before they come in my home?

Because they are moving heavy products, our delivery team cannot take off their shoes in your home. Upon request, the team may lay down moving blankets or Masonite to protect your floors.

Do they clean the new appliances before they leave?

The delivery team will remove all product packaging including any protective tape or shrink-wrap before they leave your home (on products that don’t require further installation)

Do I need to be home?

We require that someone 18 years of age is home during your delivery. This person needs to sign off on the delivery before our team leaves.

Will you come out more than once?

Yes. We will deliver up to 4 times if necessary.
