If you find a lower price on an identical available product at a local retail competitor's store, please bring in proof (on store letterhead invoice) of the local retail competitor price that is still in effect. Yale will match the price AND give you one additional year of warranty on top of the manufacturer's warranty.

Does Yale match the prices of internet retailers?
Yale will match the bottom-line price (inclusive of any and all rebates, excluding sales tax) of an authorized internet retailer for identical product contingent upon that dealer performing same services Yale provides in their normal everyday delivery (delivery into the home, uncrating, removal of disconnected appliances, free cords where applicable). Eligible items must be the same brand, same model, currently in stock and brand new in the box at the competitor's store.
What proof is required to obtain a price match?
Customers are required to provide the competitor's current quote. Photocopies are not accepted. Yale reserves the right to call the competitor's retail store to verify the lower price and availability of items.
Are competitor's services eligible for price matching?
Due to the differences in services being performed, Yale does NOT match competitor's service prices. This includes, but is not limited to, services such as delivery, installation and extended warranty rates.
Are instant rebates or package bundles eligible for price matching?
Manufacturer mail-in rebates, instant rebates or package bundles are NOT eligible for price matching, as these are available to new purchases only within the specified promotional time frame. These special offers cannot be honored outside of their promotional period.
