- 1-year guarantee on most parts.
- 90-day guarantee on labor.
- 17 service technicians, 12 customer service representatives and 6 dedicated parts expeditors, all full-time employees of Yale Appliance & Lighting.
- We charge a $89 diagnostics fee to send a technician to analyze the problem.
- If you choose to do the repair, we then charge a flat $109 repair fee. This fee does not include parts. *Sealed system issues do not apply (compressor, evaporator) please ask Service Dept. about rates.
- If you choose not to do the repair, you can apply 50% of the diagnostics fee toward the purchase of a new appliance from Yale.
- We service appliances purchased from anywhere, not just Yale.
- Refrigerator service within 24 hours (except Sundays).
- Service hours: Mon-Fri 8am-5pm, Sat 8am-4pm.
