At 1:30 yesterday, I panicked when I saw "F3" on my range because I was having 20 people here for dinner at 6:30.
I called customer service and Andréa told me that she would try to reach the serviceman and call me back in a half hour. .
By 2:45 the serviceman was here.
I am a professional organizer and I have a Blog. I was so impressed with your customer service that I just posted the story on my blog.
